STRATFORD ES _MPR HVAC Replacement

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal and replacement of existing HVAC system at existing building “D” multi-purpose. The scope of work involves demolition of existing EVAP coolers and heating system related to multi-purpose room and corresponding platform. Incidental structural upgrades are required for the new HVAC system as well as mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm and electrical adjustments and all related items necessary to complete the project as indicated in the contract documents.
