Notice is hereby given that the Kern Community College District (OWNER) will receive sealed bids for the Bakersfield College Student Housing project.

All bids must be received at the Kern Community College District Office, 2100 Chester Avenue, Room 201, Bakersfield, CA 93301 by 2:00 PM on 4TH day April 2024 and will be publicly opened at or after that time.

A Mandatory Job Walk will be held on 2:00 p.m. on 6TH day March 2024 at the Levinson Hall Building, Room 40. The Plans and Specifications, including standard proposal forms, to be used for bidding on this project are available electronically from (Fresno Reprographics, print@fresnorepro.com, (559) 261-2347, 7591 N. Ingram Avenue, Suite 103 Fresno, CA 93711 www.fresnorepro.com/jobs/public. No bid will be considered unless it is made on the bid form furnished by the District.
