Please review the attached “Instruction To Bidders” detailing the scope of work to be completed at this time. The balance of the work will be comlpeted at a later date (2-3 months from now).

1. Bids are due to EH Butland Corp., by 10-27-21.
2. All questions are to be submitted to EH Butland Corp. attention, Jeff Nowaczyk via email: jefferyn@ehbutland.com
3. Bidders are to include the following scope of work:
3.1 Temporary road for access to site.
3.2 All demolition of existing as required for new construction.
3.3 Erosion control.
3.3 Rough grading and re-compaction of site.
3.4 Import/export as required to obtain new grade elevations.
3.5 Property line retaining walls including PVC drainage piping and drainage rock.
4. Permits have been obtained to complete the above work. Anticipated start date is mid November 2021.
5. Bids will be obtained for the balance of the work at a later date (2-3- months from now).
