Modernization project and site improvements A pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 10:00 AM. (PDT). The group will tour the site at 10:00 AM. Meet at the Burrel Elementary School Administration Building at 10:00 AM. The pre-bid job walk will provide the opportunity to inspect the site and may include dissemination of additional information in response to questions. All bidders will be deemed to have notice of all conditions and information, including, but not limited to any conditions in, at, and about the site, the building, or buildings, if any, and any work that may have been done thereon.
