All contractors at all tiers shall be held to the requirements of Assembly Bill 566 effective 1/1/2019 and Senate Bill 693 effective 1/1/17 "Skilled and Trained Workforce Compliance Report". Proof of compliance will be required on this project. The full assembly bull has been included as part of the Construction Manual for reference.
